The study was conducted to explore the growth performance of different clones of Populus deltoides under farm forestry. The experiment was established during February, 2006 with six poplar clones under two environments i.e. pure poplar plantation and agroforestry plantation (poplar with wheat and mung) and laid out in Split Plot Design with three replications. Results of the studies revealed that all growth parameters of poplar clones i.e. DBH, height and crown spread exhibited better performance under agroforestry plantation. Overall, clone SWL 22 showed best performance under both the environments. Keywords

With over 2000 Management colleges it can easily be said that India is sprawling in terms of churning Management graduates, but the question to be answered is-What quality of Management graduates? This paper brings to surface the standard of basic skills requisition among MBA students in B Class cities. Fifteen BSchools were selected for conducting practical exercises/tests to get a feel of the level of understanding amongst students (A total of 900) for the identified four skill sets. Considering the fact that the skills identified were very basic, the results were both eye opening and alarming. Amongst the most interesting ones were that the students are not even having a proper know how of basic computers (MS Office) and they are deficient in Business communication skills. Keywords

Epidermoid cyst is a rare developmental cyst of the oro-facial region which results from entrapped epidermal elements with an incidence of 6.9-7% and represents less than 0.01% of all oral cavity cysts. PRF, as a physiologic fibrin matrix, serves as a net to stem cells, especially when an accelerated angiogenesis develops in the fibrin membrane .This aspect is of particular interest in the case of wide osseous defects. The Color Power Doppler detects minute areas of blood flow and the velocity of blood flow in healing bone by recording the change in frequency caused by the moving red blood cells. It demonstrates the progressive formation of new vessels in bone during the initial healing period. As the bone remodelling proceeds, there is a decrease in flow signals. Keywords

Soil organic carbon (SOC) change can arise because of changes in land use, land management and climatic conditions. Modelling approach helps in proper choice of management practices for soil carbon build-up. In this context, RothC is a promising model for estimation of SOC changes in different land-use systems. In the present study, RothC model was used to predict the development of SOC in Populus deltoides plantation during three rotations in three agro-climatic zones of the Indo-Gangetic region, India. The result reveal that RothC fairly predicts SOC. Root mean square error for Lower Gangetic Region (LGR), Middle Gangetic Region (MGR) and Trans Gangetic Plain (TGP) was 2.75, 4.94 and 1.30 respectively, while comparing modelled and measured data. Model efficiency was 0.25, 0.36 and 0.89 for LGR, MGR and TGP respectively. The rate of change of measured SOC was 1.0, 1.59 and 1.51 mg ha–1 year–1 for LGR, MGR and TGP respectively, whereas the rate of change of simulated SOC was higher, i.e. 1.16 and 1.89 mg ha–1 year–1 for LGR and UGR respectively, and lower for TGP (0.97 mg ha–1 year–1).Keywords
