The ground water quality of different villages of district Latur analized and determined the physico-chemical parameter and the water sample collected in the high grade plastic bottles of one litre and brought to lab for analysis. The parameter studied are pH, tubidity, total dissolved solids and total hardness fluorides, chloride, calcium, magnesium sodium, potassium, Iron etc. The results were compared with standards prescribed by WHO and ISI. It was found that water of few villages is contaminated like Babhalgaon and Deokara. But the data of few villages revealed that the water quality is fit for drinking such as Ahemadpur, and Andhori etc. Keywords

In present investigation we are studied the kinetics and mechanism of oxidation of ester by potassium permanganate in acid medium. In the present paper we reported the effect of oxidant (KMnO4), effect of substrate (ester), effect of sulphuric acid and effect of temperature on oxidation of ester. The reaction is first order with respect to oxidant and substrate.

The aim of present investigation is to study adsorption of acetic acid on Sunnhemp having botanical name Sunnhemp (Tag). The effect of certain parameters on adsorption has been studied. Applicability of Freundlich adsorption isotherm, Langmuir adsorption isotherm has been tested. Various thermodynamic parameters such as ΔG, ΔH, and ΔS are reported. The adsorption power of Sunnhemp (Tag) is calculated the experiments are earned out using batch adsorption process.
