Abstract

The present paper expresses corporate attitude by Credit Rating information Services of India, (CRISIL), Investment information & Credit Rating Agency (ICRA), Credit Analysis and Research Ltd. (CARE), SMERA (the first credit rating agency in India and ONICRA (which is especially for individual, small and medium enterprises). It expresses how ICRA, CARE and CRISIL work and give rating to the different companies so that the rating will be helpful for the issuers or investors. Rating can be negative or positive and its meaning. The objective of this lesson is to apprise the readers about the concept, meaning, types, forms, and process of credit rating in context of Indian situation.

Abstract

The present paper expresses corporate decision by comparison made by a company either an asset can be purchased or can be taken on leased. An asset may be long term or short term. To take the best option the financial manager has to consider the concept of lease. The objective of this paper is to apprise the readers about the concept, meaning, types, accounting procedure, advantages, disadvantages legal aspect and its growing popularity & problems of lease financing in context of Indian situation.

We introduced "Environmental Accounting", which was to grasp environmental protection cost and effect quantitatively and evaluate environmental investment and effect, from fiscal 1998. In reviewing the study of environmental accounting we also discussed its types, need, scope, limitations, its legal frame work and suggestions. Form the study of environmental accounting; we know exactly effect on the profit or loss of the business entity.
