Our paper proposes a decentralized access control scheme for storing data or file in cloud securely with anonymous authentication. Authenticity of the content will be verified without knowing the user’s identity with the help of attribute based signature. Data will be encrypted under attribute based encryption and it will be decrypted only for users with attributes specified by the access policy using their key. Encryption and decryption keys are provided through decentralized scheme with two or more KDC’s and access control is provided by access control schemes which defines who have access to data.

Clustering is the task of grouping a set of objects in such a way that objects in the same group (called cluster) are more similar (in some sense or another) to each other than to those in other groups (clusters). The dimension can be reduced by using some techniques of dimension reduction. Recently new non linear methods introduced for reducing the dimensionality of such data called Locally Linear Embedding (LLE). LLE combined with K-means clustering in to coherent frame work to adaptively select the most discriminant subspace. K-means clustering use to generate class labels and use LLE to do subspace selection. Keywords

The bacterium-to-plant signal, lipo-chitooligosaccharides (LCOs) or Nod factor induces cell division and enhances seed germination. The experiment was conducted to test the efficacy of LCO on soybean seed germination and seedling growth under room temperature by roll towel method. Different concentrations of LCO were used for seed treatment along with microbial inoculum and biocontrol agents as a control. Among the treatments, concentration of LCO @ 1.8 and 3.6 ml/kg of seed performed better compared to other treatments. The results revealed that treating with LCO could influence soybean seed germination and growth of seedlings. Keywords
