Emotional Intelligence of High School Students

The mam purpose of the study was to find out the Gender, Location and type of school differences on emotional intelligence. For it EKTA tests of emotional intelligence was administrated to 400 High School Students. The results of the study show that Sex differences are not found on many aspects of emotional intelligence. But differences exist between rural and urban school students and rural students have higher level of emotional intelligence. The students of Govt. and private schools also do not differ with each on almost all aspects of emotional intelligence.
