Abstract
This study examined the mediating role of innovation about the understanding of the value of intellectual capital and environmental performance With Financial performance. The study population included 300 financial sector employees Oil and petrochemical companies Pars Assaluyeh is. Which according to Morgan table, number of samples 169 people?In this research Innovation Survey questionnaire, Environmental performance and Pulic model is used. Validity through Factor analysis and reliability of at least 0.70 to 0.97 Ranges. In this study, the software used to analyze the data using SPSS software is. Data analysis showed a significant positive correlation among the components of value-added intellectual capital and environmental performance With Variable financial performance through innovation. In every enterprise value of intellectual capital is one of the most valuable resources of each organization If the idea of thinking Staff Note And be arranged in the form of environmental performance They can be implemented with innovation Resulting in improved financial performance of the organization will be.
