Method for on-grid electrifi cation of villages. An improved control strategy is incorporated which enable the system to switch on in to grid and whenever required it can be set back to a micro grid. The studies are simulated in time-domain discrete mode using MATLABTM/SimulinkTM. Wind-fuel cell based hybrid energy system is tested with all possible control parameters and it is observed that the proposed control strategy is working satisfactorily.
