Dietary intervention the successful strategy to protect human bodies from health problems link to oxidative stress. Currently the medicinal plants are widely utilized for various purposes as antimicrobial and antioxidant according to their components. The aim of the present study, the well cup plate method carried out to asses antimicrobial activity extract of leaves and extract of seeds. In addition, their antioxidant activity potential has been evaluated by using DPPH Radical scavenging assay and Free Radical Scavenging assay. The exhibited that leaves extract was the highest antimicrobial activity against E. coli and S. aureus. While, The minimum activity was observed in extract of seeds against E. coli and S. aureus. On the other hand antioxidant activity, DPPH Radical scavenging activity and Free Radical Scavenging activity was found to be highest in leaves extract and lowest in seeds extract. From study, it is determine that leaves extract of Moringa oliefera is antimicrobial agent and antioxidant agent to that of seeds extract. Keywords
