Euler Characteristics of Fine Selmer Groups

We discuss a question (Question 1.1) on the structure of certain cohomology groups as modules over Iwasawa algebras. This is related to one of the results of Coates and Sujatha on the existence of the Euler characteristics of the fine Selmer groups.
