Suppose X = Spec(A) is a real smooth affine variety of dimension n ≥ 2 and M is the manifold of real points of X. Assume X is orientable and M is nonempty. In this paper, we prove that there is a natural homomorphism ζ : E(A,A) → Hn(M,Z) from the Euler class group to the singular cohomology group.
