Corrigendum to “Ranks of Elliptic Curves”

Theorem 4.20 of [4] is incorrect as it stands. This was pointed out to me by several people. For example, the curve y2+y=x3+x2-142x+182 satisfies the condition in Theorem 4.20 of [4], but it has rank 5. We correct this here.
