Corporate turnaround – is it worth shedding the blood, sweat or tears over? Or Exit is the safe option? While employees and labour unions believe that turnaround is always possible, this does not work unless there is change in the thinking of top management. Shareholders find it is waste to pump additional resources in to an under-performing company and it is better to liquidate the saleable assets.
