The book The Fractal Organization: Creating Enterprises of Tomorrow is the third instalment in the series on fractal analytics by the author. The author first introduced the concept of fractals in his book Connecting Inner Power with Global Change: The Fractal Ladder (2009). In the author’s own admission while the previous book was more theory oriented, the current book backs the theory with examples from the world and author’s consultancy experiences along with a welldesigned chapter-wise follow-up exercise session co-created with Todd Prigge, director of Organizational Development, Stanford University. Since the ischolar_mains for the current book lies in the author’s previous book Connecting Inner Power with Global Change: The Fractal Ladder a reader uninitiated to fractal dynamics may find this book a tough read in the beginning especially the first six chapters.
