Being a student at a B-school, I regularly attend sessions by entrepreneurs visiting the campus. Undoubtedly, the knowledge and experience they shared is highly valuable for the aspiring entrepreneurs. But definitely not all of those who attended these lectures, are budding entrepreneur, many of them aspire to become future managers. Hence, I always wondered, how these talks be more enriching to those who fall in non-entrepreneurial domain? This book, very clearly shows that there is hardly any difference between what is expected of an entrepreneur and an impatient manager. It’s such an interesting thing to witness through-out the book, how author has given similar lessons for both an impatient manager, and an entrepreneur. This book thus becomes a must read for all the B-school students and also for people from all walks of life. Some readers might consider it to be lessons for life, some others might just reflect and some others may just read and experience the life of an impatient manager through case studies and other snippets.
