There is a wonderful story about Edmund Hillary, the first man to set foot on Mount Everest. When asked why he chose to climb the highest mountain in the world, he simply said, “Because it was there!”.

A few people who came together in 2001 to pick up the pieces of a fractured organization have not only done that successfully, but have also created an edifice that thousands are proud of. Zensar’s journey is not just a climbing of a mountain, but it has been about team work. The full strength of The Zensar Story lies not only in its innovations but also on its focus on the customer to define and develop end-to-end value propositions. But the success of Zensar lies in its ability to manage the triple bottom line and the ability to balance its focus on profits, people and planet throughout its evolution and growth.
