The most vibrant feature of a human being is the ever changing behavior. Behavior of an individual can change the shape of the organization. When a task is expected out from him, one is not sure of the results to come. Since human behavior is unpredictable, there is a scope to find a right way to make it predictable. Organizations today are spending a lot on studying this underlining fact of an individual. Organizational behavior is as the subject of study is of a great concern to, organizations, researchers, teachers, and students. The thrust of understanding of organizational behavior can be quenched by the above said book. A part of giving some exceptional theoretical information about the organization behavior, it also gives some very extraordinary practical examples from the organizations.
