The author in the first part talks about how the business would look like in the coming 30 years. He says that there would be no pollution, there won’t be any homeless people on the streets, vehicles on the roadways would be solar powered and silent. Capital won’t be in terms of money it would be in terms of knowledge. There will be space for everyone however they may be. Accumulation of money won’t mean anything. There won’t be any war or terrorism as the wealth would be properly distributed.
