Organizational Commitment, Perceived Organizational Support, and Job Satisfaction Among School Teachers:Comparing Public and Private Sectors in Bangladesh

Data was collected from a sample of 100 respondents of 3 public and 3 private secondary level schools purposively. Analyses of the data indicate that organizational commitment and job satisfaction were higher for public school teachers than private school teachers. It was also found that if job satisfaction and POS increase, organizational commitment will also increase. The study also discussed the Implications and future research.
