A Predictive Analysis Study on the Manpower Requirements in Production

The administration of the movement of goods and services is known as supply chain management, and it encompasses all processes that transform raw materials into finished products. Predictive analytics is the application of knowledge, statistical methods, and machine learning approaches to predict future outcomes based on historical data. The primary goal of this article is to analyse present human resources, anticipate future requirements and availability, and make efforts to guarantee that the supply of people and skills matches demand.
