Subscribe/Renew Journal
What is good chemistry for a successful and sustainable business remained elusive to the experts over centuries. Protagonists of functional discipline pursued their theories which has been accepted by the followers of those disciplines. Corporates feel while technology has helped in connecting the customer, supplier, employees and other stakeholders – what is not very clear is what makes a company succeed on a longer term basis and helps in perpetuating its success. The phenomenon we observe today there is no one size fits all metrics of success but people achieve and drive success, is accepted by all. This paper attempted to study the aspects of some select companies who has followed trust as catalyst to achieve sustainable performance.
