Change in the only permanent feature of life. Business world is also dominated by change brought about by internal and external factors. Employees of business organization are facing problems in adjusting to these changes. Talent Management has evolved as an important tool to manage these changes. Talent management implies recognising a person's inherent skills, traits, personality and offering him a matching job. Every person has a unique talent that suits a particular job profile and any other position will cause discomfort. Talent Management includes important activities like manpower planning, performance management, reward and incentives, motivation, succession planning and leadership development.
