Factors Affecting the Productivity of Managers

The target of this examination is to knowing of the existence of relation between organizational environment (organizational formality, participation, and low delegation) with the productivity of managers in administrations of West Azerbaijan. Generally 150 episodes of standard questioning in statistical society were done. 100 questioning for scrutiny hypothesis were done. According to normal data, the Pearson correlation coefficient used to determine the type of the relations between the variables. The result of this examination shows a direct relation between organizational formality and participation of employees with productivity of managers in the offices. Also a negative ad poor relation exists between low delegation and productivity of managers in the offices of West Azerbaijan. So it was suggested to do important activities in order to improve the productivity of managers.
