Welfare Amenities and Social Security Measures in Nationalized Banks of Hyderabad Karnataka Region

In the past three decades, Indian banking system has earned several outstanding achievements to its credit. The most striking is its extensive reach. Now it is no longer confined to metro cities in India. Indian banking system has reached the remote corners of the country and the credit goes to the dedicated and committed human resource. Thus, to value and enhance the performance they are safeguarded with welfare amenities and social security measures. Thus, employee welfare amenities and social security measures ensures emotional, spiritual and other aspects of employees ensuring improved working and living conditions of employees and their families. This paper tries to highlight on the art of managing people through providing welfare amenities and social security measures and ensuring a satisfied and committed employees.
