As health personnel we need to investigate a wide range of topics to enhance our understanding of the many issues that affect health and well-being in today's society. Much of the health assessments undertaken today, involve face-to-face encounters with patients. There is a growing recognition that when exploring the sensitive issues like termination of pregnancy the nurses can pose many difficulties. (Erica L. James 2009).
