Diabetic Foot Care:A Study

A study to assess the level of knowledge and practice regarding diabetic foot care among diabetic patients at selected Hospital, Coimbatore. Convenient sample of 50 samples were selected for this study. Initially data collection was conducted to assess the knowledge and practice of diabetic patients regarding diabetic foot care was assessed by using questionnaire. Health education was given to sample using pamplet. Thus, structured educational programme can be implemented as an effective intervention in improving the knowledge and practice regarding diabetic foot care among diabetic patients.
