Paediatric Medicine Dropper- An Off-Label Use as Oral Secretions Extractor in a Terminally-Ill, Dying Child

We have described an off-label use of paediatric medicine dropper to enable the removal of oral secretions in a dying child. It was both, effective and a low cost option.
