A simple, sensitive, precise and specific UV spectrophotometric method for simultaneous estimation of Telmisartan and Amlodipine besylate in combine dosage form has been developed. The wavelengths 238 nm and 295 nm were selected for estimation of Amlodipine besylate and Telmisartan respectively, where Methanol was used as solvent. Linearity were observed in the concentration range of 2-25 µg/ml (r2=0.9994) and 2-30 µg/ml (r2=0.9999) for Telmisartan and Amlodipine besylate respectively. These methods were validated according to ICH guidelines
