Research and publications are the important institutional responsibilities. As a centre of academic excellence, the institutions offering higher education will have to explore the new ideas, generate new knowledge, unleash the human potential and share the knowledge with society through publications. With this holistic view, A.J. Institute of Management- a stand –alone management Institute offering MBA education, which is also accredited by NAAC at B++, has been bringing out a Research Journal titled Anveshana… Search for Knowledge, for the last 6 years, providing a platform for the quality researchers to publish their research views and perceptions through quality articles. In this direction, A.J. Institute of Management has made laudable work by publishing a research journal titled Anveshana with a tag line … search for Knowledge. This is published Bi-annually containing the research articles, conceptual papers, empirical reports and book review of the renowned authors. Starting from 2011, A.J. Institute of Management is bringing out this research journal by following a defined pattern like Two articles drawn from all India level, one article from Karnataka, one from the local area and one from parental unit ( if available) and one book review.
Anveshana has an editorial board, comprising editor-in-chief, two editors and an editorial advisory board comprising the renowned academicians from Mangalore University (Karnataka), one from Lucknow University (U.P.) and one International Representative from London School of Economical Political Science.
