Make in India is the major national programme launched to lure business from around the world and to invest/manufacture in India. The major factors which can make, Make in India's dreams away from the reality are unskilled labour and job-skill mismatch. India is one among the 'young' countries of the world and has the largest working population, but missing the right set of skills.
