Production and Productivity in Agriculture in Gujarat

The central point of inquiry in this paper is determination of contributions of different factors of production in the increase in total agricultural Production in Gujarat during 1951-61. The indices indicating growth of different factors of production are based on the official publications like Agricultural Statistics in India, Live Stock Censuses and Population Censuses.
