Milk Supply and Distribution in Amritsar

This paper presents an analysis of data regarding milk supply and disbribution in Amritsar city, during 1956-57. The data were mainly collected in the field by the authors, and some information was collected from the records of the Amritsar Municipality and of the State Agricultural Department.
