Intra-Operative Anaphylactic Reaction in a Patient Posted for Emergency Caesarean Section
Anaphylactic reaction in peri-operative period is a serious and life-threatening complication, that is rapid in onset and may cause death. Anaphylactic reaction was reported intraoperatively during caesarean section, following administration of various substances with adverse maternal and neonatal consequences as further the patient was resuscitated.
