Awake Intubation with Upper Airway Blocks in a Case of Cervical Spine Injury
Spinal cord injuries pose various challenges to anaesthetist in the management of airway, like restriction of neck movements, airway soft tissue injuries make visualization of vocal cords difficult and necessity of manual inline stabilization, all these factors make the laryngoscopy and visualization of vocal cords difficult.
