Anaesthetic Management of a Neonate with Cervical Meningomyelocele and Tetralogy of Fallot Posted for Excision and Repair
Meningomyelocele is a congenital neural tube defect duringfirst 4wks of gestation with incidence of 3-5%. Associated tetralogy of Fallot is acongenital cyanotic heart disease with right to left shunt.
