Anaesthetic Management of Large Multinodular Goitre - A Difficult Airway
Appropriate airway management is an essential part of anaesthesiologist’s role. Securing airway, intubation and extubation both require skillful management and timely decision to reduce morbidity and mortality in case of diffuse long-standing goiter with retrosternal extension that leads to compression of trachea and deviation.
