Nasotracheal Intubation in a Case of Huge Plunging Ranula
The intubation of patient with huge plunging ranula remains a difficult problem. Video laryngoscope, awake fiberoptic bronchoscope is the recommended approach but it requires experience, specialised equipment. We report a case of successful laryngoscope and naso-tracheal intubation in huge plunging ranula.
