Anaesthetic Management of a Patient with Brugada Syndrome undergoing Retroperitoneal Liposarcoma Excision

Massive bleeding can occur during resection of a retroperitoneal mass following injury to adjacent major vessel or organ. Management includes use of blood products, pharmacological agents and vasopressors. Patients with brugada syndrome can develop malignant ventricular arrhythmias intraoperatively.
