Anaesthesia Management for Removal of Foreign Body in Larynx of 2-Year-Old Child

Foreign body impaction or aspiration is common in paediatric age group and cause of significant morbidity and mortality. The anesthetic challenge consists of respiratory distress and there may be complete occlusion at glottic level or tracheal level.
