Anaesthetic Management of Illizarov Limb Lengthening in an Achondroplastic Patient
Achondroplasia is the most common cause of disproportionate dwarfism. It poses several challenges to the anaesthesiologist due to difficult airway and short stature (1) In the present case we also encountered the issue of morbid obesity.
