Should Regional or General Anaesthesia be Used in a Case of Difficult Airway - A Decision Conundrum?

Airway management is the essence of practice of clinical anaesthesiology. Some patients may be anticipated to have a difficult airway with the exception of 1% to 3% patients in whom there might be an unanticipated difficult airway. There exists a decision conundrum as to the choice of anaesthetic. Thus, the aim of this poster is to discuss the pros and cons of using regional versus general anaesthesia in a case of established difficult airway.
