In Advertant Endobroncheal Intubation in Obese Patient Following Pneumoperitoneum and Trendelenberg Position during Laparoscopic Surgery under General Anaesthesia
Accidental bronchial intubation is still a significant problem in anaesthesia and intensive care. Risk factors include surgery to head and neck, laparoscopy and the use of RAE tubes. We report a case where obesity, pneumoperitoneum and Trendelenberg position probably moved the tip of the tracheal tube endobroncheal.
