Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) most common cause of significant thrombocytopenia in the pregnancy. But most of the cases have the platelet count above 20,000/μL. Wajekar AS described anaesthesia for LSCS with ITP having platelet count of 14,000/μL. We could not find any cases with platelet count of less than 10,000/μL. We report a case of successful management of anaesthesia for LSCS for a patient of ITP with platelet count of 7000/μL.
