Intubation Granuloma-Anaesthetic Management of Airway
Laryngeal granulomas have a variable aetiology. They usually have a flexible stalk, which can dislodge easily during attempt of intubation. Intubation in such patients must be performed carefully to avoid disruption of the tumour.
