Ultrasound Guided Supraclavicular Brachial Plexus Block with or without Dexmedetomedine as an Adjuvant to 0.5% Levobupivacaine: A Comparative Study
Upper limb surgeries are most commonly performed under brachial plexus block. In this prospective, randomized, double-blind comparative study, we evaluated the effectiveness of the addition of dexmedetomidine to 0.5% levobupivacaine in ultrasound guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block.
