A Randomized Clinical Trial to Compare the Effectiveness between Bupivacaine and Bupivacaine-Clonidine Combination in Ultra-Sound Guided Brachial Plexus Block by Supraclavicular Approach
The benefits of regional anaesthetic techniques are well established. Use of additives to local anesthetics can prolong these benefits. The aim of this study was to find out the effect of adding clonidine to bupivacaine for ultrasound guided supraclavicular brachial plexus (SCBP) block.
