Comparison of Dexmedetomidine as an Adjuvant to Levobupivacaine Versus Levobupivacaine (Plain) in Supra Clavicular Brachial Plexus Block: A Clinical Study

Dexmedetomidine, an Alpha-2 adrenergic agonist, is known to produce antinociception and enhance the effect of local anaesthetics when given in peripheral nerve blocks. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of Dexmedetomidine added to brachial plexus block by supraclavicular approach.
