All clinical trial registries probably have some lacunae concerning the number and quality of their records. This article deals with the Clinical Trials Registry-India (CTRI). It describes 10 categories of problems with the data and some proposed solutions. In their registration practices, some trialists do not follow the rules or may break the law.
