Soil quality evaluation can reflect the change of ecosystem, and the effect produced by disturbance of human activities. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing soil quality fertility, environment, health and other factors, the soil quality evaluation index system of inland districts is established. By using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), calculate the weight of each evaluation index, through soil grading standard, determine grey clustering, establishing whitenization weight function of soil quality evaluation model of inland districts. Finally, calculate the whitenization weight clustering coefficient and clustering vector of the soil quality evaluation model. Using maximum membership principle, determine evaluation results. The method is scientific, reasonable, and fair and has feasibility.
