It can be divided into production and non-production areas. The employees’ behavior can be influenced by the design of their workplace as the good business environment can motivate and attract the employees for greater productivity and creativity. Preventive measures related to security and safety in the organization, are the main priorities when designing the workplace environment and procedures. The occupational health and safety practices in the workplace and the perspectives of management and workers might have an impact on workers attitudes towards their organizations. As health and safety in the workplace is a collective responsibility, each party in the organization plays an important role in applying those policies and principles in the workplace. However, many studies found that when managements are dealing with occupational health and safety issues in a good manner, the workers’ attitudes towards those managements become more positive.
