Improving the Performance Management System in the Organization .

Performance management is one of the core practices of Human Resources Management in organizations. Establishing and developing, performance management system in the organization will help to create a sustainable working environment characterized by competition and innovation, and this will lead to improve relations within the workplaces and will increase workers' motivation to work. Therefore, this article discusses the job performance management system from different angels such as the importance of the system and the appraisal stages. In addition to review the challenges that exist in the evaluation systems in the organization, then the article explores the success factors of the job performance evaluation system. Finally, the article sheds light on the reality of evaluation in some organizations and the relationship between workers attitudes and performance management system in the workplace.
